Built in 1888 for esteemed solicitor and former Hawthorn Mayor James Westley, Spreydon—originally known as Westley House—is an elegant Italianate villa that reflects the grandeur and refinement of Melbourne’s late Victorian era.

We were proud to be entrusted with both the external and internal restoration of this distinguished home. Every stage of the process was carried out with a thoughtful and considered approach, bringing renewed beauty to the spaces while honouring the craftsmanship and spirit of the original architecture.
