Heatherbrae

Heatherbrae was originally constructed in the 1860s as a modest six-room villa. The identity of its original owner remains unclear. In 1875, the property was acquired by John Charles Holland, a prominent local businessman and pastoralist. Between 1875 and 1880, Holland transformed the villa into a grand two-storey mansion, tripling its size and enhancing its architectural significance.

We were honoured to restore its plasterwork, carefully reviving the ornate details that define the home’s historic character. Our work ensures that the elegance of Heatherbrae continues to be appreciated for generations to come.
